Simply taking a copy of a drive and marking relevant files/timestamps isn't enough for a Court case; you need a write-blocker (fully tested), expertise, and a complete forensic analysis suite to use in finding data relevant to Court. Once located, you need reports written, and testimony assistance to help the Court understand complicated legal procedures.

Thoth Data Systems have already imaged drives and testified in Court, and maintain best practices throughout the process. We are currently building a new forensic laboratory to expand our state-of-the-art forensic services.
